HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Your active wear will ship within 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed, and then take another 2 - 7 days to reach your doorstep via USPS. Express post will take 1-3 business days in United States via USPS. Regular shipping is $7.5 if it's below $75, Express post is $15. Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays with both domestic and international orders due to current travel restrictions.
CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE AFTER AN ORDER?
Please read our size charts as we are unable to change sizes after an order has been picked and packed immediately after an order being placed. As we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER?
We do not return based on change of mind. If there is an issue or fault with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos. Products must be unworn, unwashed with on fake tan, make up stains or any stains within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want all our customers to be happy and understand sometimes it doesn't work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets our requirements.
Please note that all sale items are only eligible for a credit note. This includes all discounted items or purchases made with a discount code.
A tip from us, make sure you check over the size guide before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us a message on FB Messenger.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.
B-A-N-G Clothings LLC reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
B-A-N-G Clothings LLC is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with B-A-N-G Clothings , you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?
Tracking numbers will start to work within 2 DAYS of us sending your tracking code to you via email. This timeframe may be longer from time to time especially during Covid-19. You can track your order via USPS (regular post and Express Shipping within the States) or UPS/DHL ( Express Shipping outside the states)
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
We aim to pick and pack all orders the same day and do it all in house in Minnesota, Minneapolis. Once it has been picked up by a courier company they will upload your tracking number to our system and we will automatically forward this tracking number directly to the email we have on file.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. We understand these days we receive hundreds if not thousands of emails per day. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please do one last check by searching the email address that would have sent your order confirmation which will be email@example.com.
WHY DO YOU ONLY DO SETS AND NOT SEPARATES?
We do the styling for you when selling as a set so you can spend less time worrying about what matches with what and just get on with your life. Selling as a set works out more cost effective for our customers (don't pay $90+ for leggings, $60 for a bra and $80+ for a crop long sleeve) when you can get it all in B-A-N-G Clothings LLC sets.

As we are a small start up brand, our Minnesota warehouse only holds limited supply of stock unlike our EU based warehouse. Your active wear will ship within 5-10 days of your order being placed, and then take another 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. Each set will have an estimated delivery time of 10 - 20 business days.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
We are a Minnesota, Minneapolis based company and we ship our orders directly from our warehouse in Minnesota. For international orders, we ship in from our warehouse based in Europe. We only have a small stock amount in Minnesota to help eliminate storage/warehousing fees so we can pass the savings for our customers. High quality active wear without the high price tag.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO
We aim to pick and pack all orders the same day. After we have picked and packed your order it will then be transported to our waiting for shipment bay where a shipping company will pick it up for shipment within 7-14 days approximately. If you have just recently placed an order it's highly unlikely that your order has been shipped. Usually our orders are shipped within 7-14 days. Once it has been picked up by a courier company they will upload your tracking number to our system and we will automatically forward this tracking number directly to the email we have on file.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. B-A-N-G Clothings LLC does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note B-A-N-G Clothings LLC does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
